Helen B. Hofman, MA, LMHC, CSAT, AF-EMDR

Helen approaches counseling from a distinctively Christian perspective, striving to meet clients where they are at spiritually and, together, help them grow into their purpose in life. She is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) working with partners of addicts and with couples working to rebuild their relationship damaged by sex addiction. She specializes in trauma treatment, using both EMDR and Lifespan Integration, and she has received training in Internal Family Systems.  Helen received her BA from Washington State University and her MA in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University. Her private practice is currently online by zoom.
