Biography
Co-Founder and the Clinical Director of the Betrayal Trauma Recovery Center
(BTRC)in Bellevue, WA, Elizabeth earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University.
Over the last four years her clinical focus has been supporting individuals in healing from betrayal trauma. In addition to being an APSATS (Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists) trainee, she is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who understands the complexities of how trauma impacts the brain and body. She is level one and level two trained in Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT), an attachment based interpersonal therapy model that is a leading modality for rapid trauma integration and the primary method of individual treatment at BTRC.
In addition to her responsibilities as Clinical Director, she is a primary therapist for BTRC’s intensive programs.
